Harris Teeter Shoppers – Important Raincheck Policy Update!

If you are a Harris Teeter Shopper make sure to check out this big change to their Raincheck Policy! Here is what the Harris Teeter Raincheck Policy used to say:

• Rainchecks never expire and are accepted at any Harris Teeter store.
• We do not issue rainchecks for coupon items that may be out of stock or for “while supplies last” items.
• We reserve the right to limit raincheck quantities based on product availability and advertised limits.
• Rainchecks can be written for a limit of three or three “deals” unless otherwise stated in the ad.
• We do not reissue rainchecks for quantities not purchased at time of redemption.
• For deals where the pricing may vary, the customer must pay the highest of the amounts.
• Rainchecks cannot be combined with current sale price.

Effective 3/29/17, here is the NEW Harris Teeter Raincheck Policy:

• Rainchecks expire 60 days from date of issue and are accepted at any Harris Teeter store. *effective 3/29/2017
• Rainchecks can be issued for items out of stock during coupon promotions for the sale price of the item only.
• We reserve the right to limit raincheck quantities based on product availability and advertised limits.
• Rainchecks can be written for a limit of three or three “deals” unless otherwise stated in the ad.
• We do not reissue rainchecks for quantities not purchased at time of redemption.
• For deals where the pricing may vary, the customer must pay the highest of the amounts.
• Rainchecks cannot be combined with current sale price.
• Rainchecks cannot be combined with any paper coupon for the same item. *effective 3/29/2017

As you can see the 2 changed that they have made are the length of time that you have to redeem your rainchecks and most importantly you can no longer use coupons with rainchecks, this is a sad update, but hopefully this is not the start of any other changes in their policy.
